The defendant-appellant, Samuel Williams, was indicted and charged with one count of rape of a minor child who was less than thirteen years old in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(1)(b) and with one count of gross sexual imposition of a minor child who was less than thirteen years old in violation of R.C. 2907.05(A)(3).
