On April 23, 1987, the wife filed a complaint seeking a divorce on the ground of incompatibility. She later amended the complaint by asking the trial court to declare the husband's post-separation transfer of assets to his daughter void on its face and to consider such assets part of the marital estate when awarding alimony and distributing the property.
