The complaint in this action, filed on September 11, 1987, named as defendants United States Park Police Officers Michael Barrett and Donald Jelinek. On December 7, 1987, both defendants filed a motion to dismiss or for summary judgment. By Order of April 8, 1988, that motion was granted in part and denied in part. An Order filed on May 13, 1988, granted defendant Jelinek's motion for reconsideration and dismissed him...
