PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court's November 13, 1987, order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7) and (10). We reverse.

On January 25, 1983, plaintiff was terminated from his employment with defendant, Michigan Consolidated Gas Company. Plaintiff was one of five shift supervisors. Three of the shift supervisors were white. Plaintiff and the other supervisor are black. There is no dispute...
