This is an appeal by the defendants-appellants Van R. Snyder and the State of Iowa from a jury verdict rendered in favor of plaintiff-appellee George F. Starlin in his suit against the State and Snyder, based on Snyder's negligent operation of a motor vehicle owned by the State.
