John Barczak appeals from the judgments of the Superior Court (Lincoln County, Brennan, J.) entered on the jury verdicts finding him guilty of intentionally or knowingly causing the death of Dawn C. Denny and Evelyn Mary Meyer. See 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(A) (1983). The victims, employed as clerks at Lil' General Store in Sanford, died of multiple bullet wounds on the evening of June 11, 1987.
