Appellees brought suit against appellant for medical malpractice. Appellant sought summary judgment on the basis of the doctrine of charitable immunity. In opposition, appellees invoked the paying patient exception to the doctrine. This appeal, pursuant to our grant of appellant's application for interlocutory review, is from the denial of summary judgment.
