Ordered that the order is modified, by adding a provision thereto that if the defendant third-party plaintiff presently lacks sufficient knowledge to further respond to questions 2 and 5 of the third-party defendant's demand, it should so state under oath and thereafter promptly serve a further response upon the third-party defendant if and when the requisite knowledge is acquired; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements...
