Defendants-appellants, Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Greene County Commissioners, and Sheriff Russell Bradley, appeal from a summary judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff-appellee Homer Tudor. Appellants contend that the trial court erred in overruling their motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, and further erred in granting Tudor's motion for summary judgment.
