In this adversary proceeding, plaintiffs, Benito Cardenas and Maria de Jesus Maldonado seek a determination that a debt owed to them by the debtor, Albert J. Stowell is not dischargeable in his bankruptcy case. Plaintiffs allege that this debt, based on a judgment against Albert J. Stowell rendered by the 201st District Court of Travis County, Texas in Cause No. 388, 917 on December 17, 1987, is non-dischargeable...
