This case is before the Court upon Debtor's Motion to Re-Convert Case from Chapter 7 to Chapter 13 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 706(a). The sole question to be decided is whether conversion is authorized where debtor has previously elected to convert from Chapter 13 to Chapter 7.
