OPINION

AGLIANO, P.J.

Pursuant to Penal Code section 1238, subdivision (a)(8)1, the People appeal from the trial court's order dismissing the information charging defendant Benigno Zamora Sanchez in count III with possession of a concealable firearm by a person previously convicted of assault with a deadly weapon or force likely to produce great bodily injury (Pen. Code, § 12021.1).
