Defendant, Old Republic Insurance Company, appeals as of right from orders of the trial court granting summary disposition in favor of plaintiffs, Great American Insurance Company and Continental Insurance Company. Plaintiffs cross appeal from an order of the trial court setting aside defendant's deemed acceptance of the mediation evaluations. On both matters, we affirm.
