SAWYER, J.
Third-party defendants, except for Grace Petroleum and the Patricks, appeal from a declaratory judgment in favor of plaintiffs and defendant on plaintiffs' action to determine ownership of certain mineral interests that were in dispute and to affirm a lease between plaintiffs and defendant concerning those mineral interests.
