RULON, J.:

This is a direct appeal by defendant Donald A. Albert from convictions, following a bench trial, of two counts of aggravated incest. K.S.A. 21-3603.

We affirm because we conclude that Albert's state and federal constitutional right to confront an adverse witness was not violated by the State's videotaped presentation of the testimony of one of the alleged victims pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 22-3434.
