The sole issue on appeal is whether, under Federal law,1 a trial judge may revoke probation on the basis of statements suppressed at trial for failure to comply with Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966).2 We conclude that there was no error in admitting Vincente's inculpatory statements at the probation revocation...
