Zubi Advertising Services, Inc., appeals from a final order of the Director of the Division of Unemployment Compensation. In his order, the Director affirmed the findings of fact and conclusions of law presented by the special deputy in his recommended order. The order concludes that certain individuals performing in radio and television commercials for Zubi as "talents" are not independent contractors...
