Brian T. Pheil appeals a judgment of conviction on charges of being a party to the crimes of first-degree murder, armed robbery, burglary, and theft. He contends that the trial court erred by failing to suppress certain statements he made to the police after he had invoked his rights to remain silent and to counsel.
