Petitioner Laning R. Davidson appeals from the decision of the District of Columbia Board of Medicine that he violated D.C. Code § 2-3305.14(a)(1), (a)(8) (1988 Repl.) by willfully making a false statement in his application for a renewal of a license to practice medicine in the District of Columbia.
