This case was referred by the trial court to an attorney trial referee. After a hearing, the referee filed a report setting forth the facts found and conclusions drawn therefrom and recommending judgment for the plaintiff. The defendants filed an objection to the report that was overruled by the trial court. Judgment for the plaintiff was rendered as recommended by the referee and this appeal followed.
