PER CURIAM.

Defendant Employers Temporary Service, Inc. (ETS) appeals by leave granted from the March 3, 1987, order of the Wayne Circuit Court which denied its motion for summary disposition as to plaintiff's negligence claim. We affirm.

On March 24, 1984, defendant Kenneth Widick caused a sixty-pound mini-van door to fall across plaintiff's arms, resulting in severe injuries. Plaintiff claimed that Widick was intoxicated and had negligently caused the accident...
