Plaintiff, Richard W. Satterfield, trustee, appeals from an order of the district court for Lancaster County granting summary judgment on the cross-petition of the defendant, Kathleen Lucille Bonyhady, allowing her to take the remainder of a trust as a surviving child of Stanley N. Satterfield, the trust beneficiary.
