This matter comes before the Court today based on three separate pleadings. The debtor, Audiofidelity Enterprises, Inc. ("Audiofidelity") filed an order to show cause on March 2, 1989, which was originally returnable on March 27, 1989, wherein the debtor sought to sell certain inventory out of the ordinary course of business under Bankruptcy Code Section 363.
