Plaintiff, Whitney C. Jones, Sr., appeals the dismissal of his worker's compensation suit against defendants, the Fairgrounds Corporation and its worker's compensation insurer, The Hartford Insurance Company. Agreeing with the trial court that plaintiffs claim has prescribed, we affirm.
