Highfield II, Inc. appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County that affirmed a decision of the Board of Commissioners (board) of the Township of Upper St. Clair (township) granting final approval to Highfield's proposed office and retail development, but subject to Highfield posting a $190,605 bond as performance security. We affirm the trial court.
