Gulf States Exploration Co. ("Gulf") appeals a decision in bankruptcy court (Lifland, C.J.,) expunging its proof of claim against Manville Forest Products Corp. ("Manville"), now in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, for breach of an oil and gas exploration agreement. This court has jurisdiction to hear this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a).
