Elijah Jones (Jones) appeals from a judgment convicting him of one count of sexual assault, in violation of sec. 940.225(1)(d), Stats., and from an order denying his sec. 809.30, Stats., motion for modification of his ten-year prison sentence, which was imposed pursuant to his conviction.
