This is an original disciplinary proceeding against David J. Powers, an attorney admitted to practice law in Nebraska.
On September 14, 1988, formal charges for disciplinary action were filed with this court by the Nebraska State Bar Association. The respondent in this action has never replied to any of the proceedings instituted against him, and as of this date his whereabouts remains unknown.
