CERCONE, Judge.

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence. After a hearing, appellant, Anne Markovitch's motion to suppress evidence and non-verbal statement was denied by a suppression court. Appellant was found guilty by a jury of criminal conspiracy,1 manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance2
