FIDEL, Judge.

The defendant was charged by information with one count of sexual conduct with a minor, a class 6 felony.1 A jury found him guilty as charged. Defendant was placed on supervised probation for one year and ordered to spend 180 days in jail as a probationary term. Defendant filed a timely notice of appeal.
