Ezzard Charles Lawrence appeals from his conviction of possession of heroin, in violation of D.C.Code § 33-541(a) (1981 & 1989 Supp.). His sole contention is that the trial judge committed reversible error in denying his pretrial motion to suppress the heroin. Concluding that the judge correctly held that the contraband was recovered as a result of a contact between Lawrence and a police officer which did not constitute a seizure...
