One dispositive question is presented: Does a party who has been discharged in bankruptcy have standing to bring an action for misrepresentation when that right of action accrued prior to the bankruptcy and was neither disclosed to nor administered by the trustee in bankruptcy? The trial court answered "no" and dismissed the action. We affirm.
