Defendant was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, MCL 333.7401(2)(a); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a), and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, MCL 333.7401(2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(c), following a search of his residence pursuant to a search warrant.
