This is an appeal by Samuel V. Rovello from an order of the Circuit Court of Lewis County affirming his dismissal as principal of Lewis County High School. On appeal Mr. Rovello claims that the dismissal was improper because it was legally barred by the doctrines of res judicata and collateral estoppel.
