Omnetics, Inc. appeals the trial court's order denying its motion for a new trial or judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV). Appellant sustained property damage when a laboratory immersion heater, manufactured by respondent Radiant Technology Corporation, overheated and started a fire on appellant's premises.
