Gary Dean Barnes was convicted of kidnapping and he appeals.

Construing the evidence to support the verdict, the record reveals that upon exiting a shopping mall in Dalton on December 24, 1987, appellant was stopped by a Dalton police officer and asked to remain so that he could be viewed by a woman who had been accosted in the mall earlier.
