This matter comes before the Court as an appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) from the Final Order of the Honorable William F. Tuohey, Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, entered on September 14, 1988. In that Order, Judge Tuohey granted the debtor James Taylor's motion to reject certain executory contracts, including contracts with appellants PolyGram Records, Inc....
