Houston, appeals from two jury trials which resulted in his convictions of first-degree theft in violation of Iowa Code sections 714.1(4) and 714.2(1), second-degree burglary in violation of Iowa Code sections 713.1 and 713.5, and possession of burglar's tools in violation of Iowa.
