PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants and dismissing plaintiff's suit with prejudice. Summary disposition was granted under Bigger v City of Pontiac, 390 Mich. 1; 210 N.W.2d 1 (1973), cert den 415 U.S. 917; 94 S.Ct. 1415; 39 L Ed 2d 471 (1974), apparently for failure to bring this claim in a timely manner. We affirm....
