Charlie Denmark appeals from his convictions and sentences for three counts of attempted armed robbery, three counts of aggravated assault, three counts of attempted kidnapping with a firearm, and nine counts of use of a firearm during commission of a felony. The issue is whether Denmark can be convicted and sentenced for both attempted armed robbery and aggravated assault and for both use of a firearm during commission of a felony and the underlying felonies...
