The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction rendered after a jury trial on an information alleging, in counts one through eight, sexual assault in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-71 (a) (1) and, in counts nine through sixteen, risk of injury to a child in violation of General Statutes § 53-21.
