This is an appeal from an action instituted by plaintiff-appellee William Evans against defendant-appellant Gary Cheek, d.b.a. Portsmouth Body Shop, for negligence, fraud, breach of express warranty, and violations of Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act,1 Odometer Rollback and Disclosure Act,2 and Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
