Claiming an enforceable Miller-Shugart agreement, appellants Roald and Sandra Steen seek review of a summary judgment granted for respondent Underwriters at Lloyds, London signatory to Policy No. E0100191 (insurance company). The summary judgment determined that the insured had breached the cooperation clause of the insurance contract by settling the claim without the consent of the insurer when coverage was not in dispute.
