Walter argues that the court did not have jurisdiction because Mary Clare Artis-Wergin was not a bona fide resident of Wisconsin; that the court did not have personal jurisdiction over Walter; and that the court failed to grant the relief required under the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940 (SSCRA), 50 U.S.C.A...
