This is a wrongful death case in which the decedent died as a result of injuries sustained in a vehicular collision.

FACTS

On October 8, 1985, decedent, Mrs. Rita Snell, was proceeding west in her station wagon in the left lane of U.S. Interstate Highway No. 10.
