SHIELDS, J.

Willie Barnes appeals his conviction on two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, RCW 69.50.401(a)(1)(i). He claims he was unconstitutionally denied the right to confront a witness and the trial court improperly instructed the jury on the effects of his decision not to testify. We affirm.
