This is an appeal by the State of Nebraska to one judge of the Nebraska Supreme Court pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 29-824 (Reissue 1985). The State appeals an order of the separate juvenile court of Lancaster County suppressing a statement made by J.G., a 14-year-old minor, and the seizure of a BB gun by the Lincoln Police Department.
