Appellant, Frank Edward Green, was convicted at a bench trial in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County of first degree murder, three counts each of attempted murder, assault with intent to murder, and assault with intent to avoid lawful apprehension, and numerous related offenses.1 Appellant was sentenced by the court to four consecutive terms of life imprisonment for the first degree murder and attempted murder convictions...
