The defendant, Richard Ned Acebo, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501(a)(2).) The defendant filed a motion to suppress his confession on the grounds that he was not advised of his Miranda rights prior to questioning. The trial court granted the defendant's motion. The State appeals. We reverse.
