This is an appeal from a non-final order denying a transfer of the case. Fla.R. App.P. 9.130(a)(3)(A). Because the complaint and the evidence relating to venue demonstrate that the proper venue is in Broward County, we reverse the order denying a transfer of this case to the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit.
